    Kay will address 2020 voting in Worcester County, especially voting by mail, early voting, and voting on November Election Day.

    First Presidential Debate

    Location: Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland
    Time: 9-10:30PM
    Where to watch: All of the major networks will be airing it, including CNN, Fox News, CBS, ABC, C-SPAN, NBC and MSNBC. The New York Times will livestream the event as well.
    Moderator: Chris Wallace, anchor of “Fox News Sunday”
    Details: The debate will be 90 minutes long and have no commercial breaks. There will be no opening statements, and instead Wallace will dive right in with the first question to Trump. It will be divided into six 15-minute segments that Wallace has chosen.
